Aspire provides a range of operator options from the traditional to the leading edge. Operator console technology has advanced a great deal in the last two years and Aspires range of consoles reflects this trend.

Using CTI techniques and TCP/IP networking we can now provide levels of service not possible with the majority of todays consoles:

Putting it simplistically if we know who is calling and maybe why they are calling we can tailor the service offered. When we treat callers as individuals we improve service and improve the prospect of winning those vital orders. Concurrent licensing means that our Network Console can be installed on any number of PC's allowing any user to back up or support the main operator.

For less demanding applications Aspire also supports more traditional operator solutions. The DSS Console can show the status of 100 extensions and when used with the any Aspire Multi-Button phone provides the ideal operator position. With handset and headset operation available the DSS is ideal for the medium sized business. Phone System Management

Aspire MySystem gives you the information on how well your Aspire and staff are meeting daily operational requirements. Aspire's management tools allow you to then change the Aspire configuration to meet changing business conditions.


For multi site business, Aspire management tools give the same flexibility as the site user. The browser based Web Pro and PC Pro allow configuration changes from you I.E. based browser giving you the same capabilities off site as well as locally.
