The
key to successful DECT implementation
is the correct numbers and placement of
base stations and extenders. DECT base
stations have a line of site range of
300-400 metres in a unidirectional circle.
In practice within a building the useable
range is on average 50-100 metres. Each
base station can handle up to 4 simultaneous
calls. If more than 4 simultaneous calls
are required then add additional base
stations.
